( ou pas ! )<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Jus Tonique Vitamin\u00e9<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 2 verres :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 pommes<\/li>\n<li>2 poires<\/li>\n<li>3 carottes<\/li>\n<li>2 oranges<\/li>\n<li>1cm de racine de gingembre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Laver et couper les pommes ainsi que les poires sans les peler et enlever les p\u00e9pins. Laver et peler les carottes. Peler \u00e0 vif les oranges en enlevant les parties blanches pour \u00e9viter l&rsquo;amertume.
