Une recette de tarte encore, oui parce que c&rsquo;est pratique et vachement rapide quand m\u00eame ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 1 tarte : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e<\/li><li>1\/2 oignon blanc<\/li><li>1 poivron jaune <\/li><li>1 poivron rouge <\/li><li>3 oeufs <\/li><li>2 verres de lait 1\/2 \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9 <\/li><li>10 cl de coulis de tomate ou plus <\/li><li>gruy\u00e8re<\/li><li>huile <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire pr\u00e9chauffer votre four \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s. Couper l&rsquo;oignon en petits morceaux et le faire revenir dans une po\u00eale avec un fond d&rsquo;huile. Laver, enlever les p\u00e9pins et couper les poivrons en lamelles, les ajouter dans la po\u00eale, faire revenir le tout une dizaine de minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un saladier m\u00e9lnager les oeufs, le lait et le coulis de tomates, saler. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9rouler la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e, disposer les poivrons\/ oignon puis recouvrir avec le m\u00e9lange, ajouter un peu de gruy\u00e8re, enfourner 30 minutes ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bon app\u00e9tit ! <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On profite des derniers poivrons !
